Fermented grape from the first pressing : Sangiovese, black Canaiolo and Merlot.
Continuous distillation with direct steam and redistillation of alcoholic phlegmas with vacuum columns; 6-12 months in stainless steel tanks.
Stimulating, persistent , delicate, with hints of freshly pressed grapes.
Intense ,balanced , with slightly fruity final sensations . Well balanced and unexpectedly smooth on the palate.
