Distilled from our freshly pressed Chianti grapes after  fermentation with modern low temperature stills.
Strong scents of the cellar, characteristic of the moment the grapes were pressed , together with aromas of its origin, the strong generous land of Tuscany.



Alcohol level:
43% vol.

Vines:
Fermented grape from the first pressing : Sangiovese, black Canaiolo and Merlot.

Extraction:
Continuous distillation with direct steam and redistillation of alcoholic phlegmas with vacuum columns; 6-12 months in stainless steel tanks.

Color:
Crystalline.

Flavour:
Stimulating, persistent , delicate, with hints of freshly pressed grapes.

Taste:
Intense ,balanced , with slightly fruity final sensations . Well balanced and unexpectedly smooth on the palate.
