POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS – Year 2026

We ask all our guests to take 2 minutes to read these rules and regulations, which are designed to ensure your safety and well-being, as well as that of others, when using the pool. Thank you!

Access to the pool area is permitted only to guests staying at the Agriturismo or those using the “Escape from the City” package.

IT IS MANDATORY

• to wear a swim cap in the water, in order to maintain good water quality and hygiene standards
• Take a shower before entering the water, in order to maintain good water quality and hygiene standards and to acclimate your body to the water temperature
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult, for their safety
• Wear flip-flops when walking to the pool area, for your safety and personal hygiene
• Leave the pool area in the event of a thunderstorm or adverse weather conditions

IT IS RECOMMENDED

• to cover deck chairs and loungers with a towel before lying down, for your personal hygiene
• to wait at least 3 hours after a meal, for your health
• to enter the water gradually: this will help you acclimate to the water temperature
• avoid iced drinks before and after swimming, for your health
• use the facilities only when there are other people near the pool, as the pool is not staffed with a lifeguard

THE FOLLOWING IS PROHIBITED

• Bringing animals into the pool area, in accordance with the law
  Pets and their owners may use the designated, equipped area
• Diving: the depth of the pool does not allow it
• Consuming food and beverages in glass or ceramic containers
• Entering the water during a thunderstorm or adverse weather conditions
• Playing with balls in the water or on the pool deck
• Running on the pool deck
• Shouting, making loud noises, and playing music at high volume

POOL AREA SPECIFICATIONS

• The pool has the following dimensions:
  • width 7.5 m
  • length 16 m
  • minimum depth 1.20 m
  • maximum depth 1.50 m

• The pool is equipped with an aluminum ladder and a 3-step staircase for access
• The facility complies with the health, hygiene, and safety requirements established by law
• Water tests are conducted periodically to assess and verify the water’s quality and hygiene standards.
• The property offers Wi-Fi in the courtyard and in the rooms.
  Wi-Fi is disabled by the pool to ensure your relaxation.
• You may use the restroom in your room/apartment or the one located inside the Reception area.
• The pool area is equipped with a solar-heated shower: the water inside the shower is heated solely by the sun’s rays.
  We recommend checking the temperature before using the shower.
  We recommend minimizing the use of soap.

By booking a room or apartment at our Agriturismo and booking an experience that includes use of the pool, you agree to these regulations.
