You are in a typical ancient Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century: the rooms at the ground
floor were workspaces: wheat was kept in the Granaio, wine in the Cantina and olive oil in the Orciaia.
The farmer’s family used to live at the first floor, where the hall with the fireplace was the kitchen!
The restoration of the first floor started in 1994 and we ultimate the works at the ground floor and in the hay loft in 1999.
